The MCubed-2 team has been working diligently on the EDU and Flight systems. The EDU is pictures below in a partially integrated state. Prototype photos are online as well from a vibe test a few months ago.
The team’s schedule is packed over the next few weeks. We are traveling to AFIT to test with their vibration test to expected launch vibration levels. It’s an extreme test, some of the highest g levels we have tested too, but our earlier systems have tested well. Then JPL is scheduled to arrive next week to integrate the flight COVE payload into the flight vehicle. Delivery to Cal Poly is scheduled for later in June.
