Congrats to all the recent missions launched into orbit this week. 32 satellites rocketed to orbit yesterday on a Dnepr and 29 flew on board a Minotaur-I launched from Virginia earlier in the week. Below is a great picture of the Minotaur launch.
Probably my personal favorite of the group is TJ3SAT. It was built by students at Thomas Jefferson High School in Virginia. I went there my freshman year! During 8th period there, I built an RC glider, and it’s amazing to see what they are building now. I wonder if they know a TJ alum helped create the CubeSat standard?! Go Colonials!
